No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Ultimate Wedding Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by The Venue at The Ranches and is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period:

The Giveaway begins on February 21, 2024 at 12:00 AM and ends on March 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, persons must fill out the entry form on the website www.theranchesvenue.com. Limit one entry per person, however, a person may obtain multiple entries by performing the additional instructed items, such as following all vendors’ social media pages or booking a tour to see the venue.

Prize:

One winner will receive the Grand Prize of the Ultimate Wedding Giveaway. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $30,000. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 5 Winners will be chosen for the Second Prize Tier of a $1,000 voucher off an Venue Event Space Rental. 10 Winners will be chosen for the Third Prize Tier of a $500 Voucher off an Venue Event Space Rental. 20 Winners will be chosen for the Fourth Prize Tier of a $250 Voucher off an Venue Event Space Rental.

Participating Vendors Prize:

If a vendor is not available on the day the Grand Prize winner chooses for their event date, the vendor will provide a back-up offer.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the end of the Entry Period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prize Redemption:

The winner must redeem the prize by May 31, 2025. Failure to redeem the prize by this date will result in forfeiture of the prize.

General Conditions:

The Venue at The Ranches reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Privacy:

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
