Add-on’s

  • A refundable security fee of $300 will be added to any event where additional high-risk equipment will be entering the premises

We do our best to avoid random fees. Our fees cover the added work or maintenance required to provide these amenities to you.

Events must end by 10:00PM per city ordinance

Non-refundable Event Deposit to lock-in date: $2,000

Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date

Events are given on a first-come, first serve basis

No smoking on the venue’s premises

Please note the hours assigned to your event include all set-up and clean-up, including the set-up and clean-up of vendors and other subcontractors you may utilize.
